Order procedure

Via downtown.nl it is easy to order the products you want. Below you will find the ordering procedure:

  • Choose the article, color and size.
  • Add the item to your shopping cart.
  • At the top right of the page you will now see the article in your shopping cart.
  • Continue shopping by clicking "Continue Shopping" or:
  • Click on "Proceed to checkout".
  • Log in or create a new account in the checkout.
  • Choose a payment method.
  • Choose a shipping method.
  • Click on "Complete payment" to complete the order with your chosen payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email after completing the order.

Order status

Want to know the status of your order? Go to the order overview in your account and check the status of your order. You will also receive all information via e-mail. These are the most important status updates:

  • Open: your order has been received, we will process it as soon as possible.
  • In process: someone is collecting your products, or is already preparing a shipping label for your package.
  • Ready for delivery: your package is completely ready for delivery and will be shipped as soon as possible.

After this you can track the delivery of your package via the tracking code that you will receive in an e-mail from us.

Cancel order

It is possible to cancel orders until they have been processed by us. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

Customer account

Picking up orders

Our store in Den Bosch is open 6 days a week, you can also choose to order a product online and pick it up here. After your order has been placed and we have prepared your order, you will receive an email that your order it ready for pickup.

Stock

Our complete online stock is also available in our store in Den Bosch. Our websites do work with different stock statuses, there are 3 options:

  • Immediately available: these products are ready for immediate shipment.
  • (Temporarily) sold out: these products are not available at the moment. In some cases these will be restocked, sometimes they won't. If you want to know if a specific product will be restocked, please send us an email.
  • This product will be released at xx-xx-xxxx: These products will be in stock soon. You can already pre-order this product to be sure that you'll be the first to receive this product.

Business order

Want to place a business order at Down Town? That's possible! Dutch businesses can order products directly via the website, we will attach the invoice you can use to reclaim the VAT. If you want to order bigger amounts of a specific product, please contact us in advance.

Foreign companies can order within the EU on the basis of intra-Community delivery. This means the VAT will be 0%. Would you like to use this option, please send an e-mail to info@downtown.nl with your invoice address and the VAT number of your company.
