If a product you received is not what you expect from it, you can simply return it. You have 14 days to return your item from the day you received it. The item you return must be complete, unused, not worn or damaged (fitting is allowed, of course). The original cards and labels are still attached to the item and it is still in its original packaging.
After receiving your return, we will refund your purchase amount within 5 working days via the payment method you used for placing the order. Would you rather exchange the product? No problem, you can indicate this on the return form.

Please note, shipping is at your own expense and responsibility. We advise you to choose a traceable shipment and keep the shipping receipt.
After we have received your return shipment, we will refund you within 5 working days. We always pay back via the payment method you used for placing the order. So PayPal payments will be returned to your PayPal account, iDeal payments will be returned to your bank account and, for example, if you have used a VVV gift voucher, the credit will be returned to the voucher.
We always refund your purchase price including our standard shipping costs. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method, for example same-day delivery, or another carrier than DPD, we will not reimburse the additional costs.
Exchange your order
Do you want to exchange your order for a different size, color or another product? Enter this on the return form. We will send the first exchange item to you free of charge (within the Netherlands and Belgium).
Pay attention! If you want to exchange something, it is useful to contact contact us as soon as possible, so that we can keep your desired size /item for you to prevent it from being sold out.
Status of your return
You can track your return shipment using your own tracking code. A return shipment from the Netherlands or Belgium usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
Upon receipt, we will process your return within 5 working days. You will receive an email immediately after the refund or sending of your exchanged item that your return has been processed.
Exchange and return in the store
Of course, it's also possible to exchange or return an item in our store. You can visit our store and we will exchange your item for another item on the spot. For address and opening hours see our contact page.
Please note: orders can't be refunded in store when it comes to online orders. Money will always be refunded via your online payment method. You will always receive a confirmation of your returned items.
Right of withdrawal
You have a period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. You have 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging.
