Shipping options and costs

DPD is our standard shipping method, but you can also choose one of our other shipping options. Below you will find all the options, including the estimated shipping time. The shipping costs are always stated in the checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping time

By default, we deliver with DPD and all orders you place before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day. This applies to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. If you want to have your package delivered with another carrier, check the delivery times in the overview above. Do you want to ship a package outside the Benelux? Package tracking

All our packages will be shipped with a tracking code. After we've shipped them, you'll receive an e-mail with the tracking link. You can also find the tracking code in your account.

Change delivery address

Have you placed your order, but you didn't yet receive a shipping confirmation from us? Then we can still change your address for you. If you already received a shipping confirmation, the package is already on its way and we can no longer change it. You can often still change your address via your chosen delivery service. At DPD you can log in via DPD Predict to adjust the delivery time and address. With PostNL it's best to call them.

Not at home

Are you not at home at the time of delivery? Then the parcel service will make a second delivery attempt or deliver your package to a parcel shop. In both cases you will receive a note in your letterbox and you can see this in the tracking link you received from us.

Package not received

You haven't received your package? Please check your tracking code first, maybe your package is delayed, or the package is ready at a parcelshop and the delivery person has forgotten to leave you a note. If the tracking link states the package is delivered and the delivery address is correct, please contact us.

Damaged package

Is your package heavily damaged, for example a hole in the box, or has the package already been opened? Please refuse the delivery and contact us.

Have you already accepted the delivery? No problem, take clear pictures of the damaged packaging before you check the product for damage. Take clear pictures of the damage product and send us an email with the pictures of the damaged box and product.
