Gnu Ladies Choice snowboard

The Ladies Choice is an award-winning, all-round top ladies board and also the pro model of Olympic gold winner Jamie Anderson. The tech specs are the best Gnu has to offer. The C2x COntour provides a lot of control, pop and friendly turning behavior and on top of that Carbon Power Bands for even more directness and therefore even more control and precision. The board is made to play and blast anywhere on the slopes.

Profile: C2X
To give the all-terrain boards a perfectly balanced profile, Lib Tech has developed the C2 shape together with Travis Rice. A mild rocker between your feet with a powerful camber at the tip and tail. Enough pop for the park, precision for the best lines and float to get loose in the powder. With the C2e variation the profile is a bit more playful and the C2x has even more precision.

Shape: True Twin Asym
With a True Twin, the core is exactly symmetrical, so it doesn't matter whether you go down front left or front right, the board feels the same. True Twin is perfect for people who ride a lot of switches or do tricks that involve turning, because the board feeling is always the same when landing. Due to the asymmetrical shape, the heelside bends and toeside bends have a different turning circle. This makes heelside turns a little easier and toeside turns even more enjoyable.

Core: G3 Eco Construction
Lib Tech's G3 Eco core consists of half Aspen wood. To make the snowboard lighter, there are 2 large lanes with Paulownia wood in the core.

Fiberglass top sheet: Tri-Ax/Bi-Ax Fiber + Carbon Power Bands
The Tri-Ax fiberglass layer provides extra pop and the Bi-Ax fiberglass layer provides extra direct force transmission from the bindings to the steel edges.

Base: Sintered Knife Cut
A sintered base gives you the best gliding ability. You will have to take off your binding or walk on a path a lot less because this base just wants to keep going. The base consists of small granules of plastic that are pressed together, leaving air in between where wax can be added. You do have to wax a sintered base more often, but if you do this properly you will notice it! Especially in warmer conditions, you will continue to slide, and an extruded base will create a vacuum that will slow it down.

Sidewalls: UHMW
UHMW is one of the strongest thermoplastics available today. This ensures that you don't have to have your board repaired every time you hit a box, rail or skis.

Steel edge: Magne-Traction
If you've ever driven on ice, you know how quickly you can lose control. Magne-Traction cuts through ice and hard snow with 7 waves in the steel edge. Simply put, your steel edge bites into the ice instead of cutting it, just like a serrated knife does into bread. But in normal snow on piste it provides control and edgehold which gives you the confidence to maintain speed. You will especially feel this when making turns or when carving.
